Bolts are
"A rock bolt is a long anchor bolt, for stabilizing rock excavations, which may be used in tunnels or rock cuts. It transfers load from the unstable exterior, to the confined (and much stronger) interior of the rock mass." - wikipedia

Cement chemical composition leads to differing strength for rock bolts. The idea is to choose a model for optimization for the chemical composition. How?

Concrete is made of cement and steel. The harder the cement and tougher the steel, the better the composition of the concrete.

Concrete should not expand nor contract too much in summer or winter. It is used for making buildings, underground tube and metro.
